Who doesn’t love denim right? Well I’m guessing thats exactly how Barbara Bui felt. I am actually loving everything about this collection the color selection was very subtle we have a whole lot of denim, cherry reds, and of course white and hints of black. The looks were oh so very edgy. My favorite pieces had to be the python jacket as well as the red jumper. The structure of each piece made the collection that much more interesting from oversized pinned jackets with leather detailing to cropped and boxy shirts. This collection will definitely be the inspiration for my spring fits keep a look out. lol Hope you guys enjoy!
The collaborations just keep rolling in. First Alexander Wang and H&M and now Pigalle and Nike all this stuff is super dope. Here it seems like Designer Stephane Ashpool was highly influenced by the basketball court. As I read on Dazed and Confused mag. Stephane goes on to speak on the process of designing this collection he went to the extent of adding paint to the AF-1’s and rubbed it off to create a copper-ish color on the sneaker as if they were worn out. Lets not ignore the court inspired bottom soles..Genius right? The collaboration also includes items such as two sets of shorts and jersey’s, accessories, and tee shirts. Question is will you cop? The collab is set to drop on April 26th.
So my partner and I were invited to the Fall/Winter Collections of Stone Island, L.B.M 1911, and Marwood. This was my first experience at a showroom, so I was very excited and anxious to go and look through the amazing pieces the brand had to offer. We started with Stone Island… There was a variety of textures and prints with their clothes which was very cool and different. (my favorite was the yellow camouflage jacket) From their t-shirts, sweaters to jackets they all shared the same prints so it was an easy match to pair all the clothes in the collection together. The 3M detailing in the pants were also a cool feature and adds that x-factor from different brands. Overall the collection was well put together and easy for the consumer to be stylish in frigid conditions (lets hope we never have a winter like this past one). L.B.M 1911 is a collection of fine blazers, suiting, and top/over coats. All of the jackets were well cut, the prints varied from the classic blue/grey/black to blue/green plaid prints and textures as you see me model below. There’s also a pendant on each blazer which is a staple in the brand. Marwood is an english accessory brand by Becky which specializes in ties, bow ties, pocket squares, socks, and scarves. The cool thing about this brand is the brilliant use of textures like lace incorporated in the accessories. They also have the classics like knitted ties, cashmere socks, and cashmere scarves. You can check out the pics below to see the some of the highlights of the collection and some of our favorite pieces from the collections as well.

Let the games BEGINNNNNNNN! Okay so some way some how the man up stairs answered my prayers and yes I am thankful. I am absolutely obsessed with any and everything that I know Alexander Wang has cooking up and I haven’t even seen a damn thing yet. This collaboration will be filled with a whole bunch of street style dreams. ahaha! The visual above says 11:06 a.k.a November 6th so I will be patiently waiting for the awesomeness to drop.
Sydney based designer Dion Lee is my second favorite fashion designer alongside Alexander Wang. You might be able to kind of see why I love both of these designers. They are both very edgy, and still maintain their femininity. Dion Lee on the other hand is a bit more feminine, and he’s really big on 3-D pattern infused designs, futuristic body-con’s hugging the right parts of any women’s body. with the perfect cut outs or the perfect kind of ‘oversized’ fit. This particular collection was filled with interesting bustier tops and oversized pants with georgette and leather detailing. Im in love with the simplicity of Dion lee but he can defiantly go both ways as you can see with the shapes he creates with his clothing paired up with a simple leather biker or a completely geometric fit with colorful schemes which just made you take that double look. With this being his first show in New York I am very ready to see what else he’s willing to showcase in the future. Hope you guys enjoy.
Hey guys hayyyy! lol Today was a beautiful day and I decided to get dolled up and enjoy the day. I made a mesh two piece with my black pointed toe strap up heels. I guess you can say I was getting my Kim K on lol. Being that mesh or see thru two pieces have been her staple lately. But I Felt like something was missing though but all that was fixed with a quick throw on which made my fit that much more eye popping and it also gave me a pop of color. Hello spring i missed you! Hope you guys enjoy my look of the day will be posting “get the look” very soon!
A Speacial thank you to my favorite makeup artist king Jess ! She killed my make up! Hope you guys like it as much as I do!
