While chewing could be a possible sign of teething, it is more like an affliative behavior. These are behaviors designed to create “good” feelings between individuals. While that is a good idea, it is not so good to allow your kitten to chew on you. It would be best for her to understand that cats should not put their teeth on people. Use the special time you spend together for grooming, play and petting sessions instead.
