My dear, you need the assistance of a hands-on behaviorist. I hope you’ve also sought medical attention for your injuries.
I can only guess from your description that the cat felt upset by the dropped aspirin bottle. And the second instance, she perhaps saw, heard or smelled something that upset her–it may not have been you, but she took out her angst (redirected aggression) against you. There also are some uncommon neurological conditions that might be at the root of this behavior. Again, you must please seek help. Ask your veterinarian for referral to a local veterinary behaviorist or behavior consultant who can assist you and your cat.
